¿Cómo encargo mi Customized Toy ( Muñeco Personalizado)?
Es sencillo. Completa el formulario de pedido en ENCARGA TU MUÑECO. O si lo prefieres envianos un email a hola@eloole.com .
Cuando recibamos el formulario y en un plazo máximo de 3 días te enviaremos un presupuesto a tu email.
Para formalizar tu pedido simplemente ingresa el importe acordado en el número de cuenta que te proporcionaremos.
En un plazo máximo de 3 días tras el ingreso te enviaremos un boceto de tu muñeco que podrás validar vía email.
Después de recibir tu aprobación tardaremos unas 3 semanas en crear y enviarte tu muñeco personalizado a casa.
¿Cuánto cuesta un muñeco personalizado Customize Me!?
Depende del diseño, del detalle en el patrón, de los complementos y del número de prendas. Los precios van de 130€ a 150€.
¿Cuál es el tamaño de los muñecos?
60 centímetros.
¿Cómo realizáis el envío?
A través de mensajería, por lo que la entrega para envíos nacionales se realiza en 24 horas.
¿Cuánto cuestan los gastos de envío?
Depende de la ciudad de destino, pero calcula entre los 12€ y los 18€ para envíos nacionales. Tras validar el pedido te confirmaremos el coste exacto.
¿Cómo hacéis los muñecos personalizados?
Nuestros muñecos están confeccionados artesanalmente, son exclusivos y los realizamos a mano especialmente para ti.
¿Qué materiales utilizáis para hacer vuestros muñecos?
Utilizamos todo tipo de materiales y tejidos. Los más utilizados son el fieltro, el pelo sintético y el algodón.
¿Cuál es la forma de pago?
Sólo aceptamos transferencias bancarias. Para pedidos internacionales también aceptamos Pay Pal.
¿Cuál es el plazo de entrega desde que os envío las fotos hasta que lo recibo en casa?
El tiempo que necesitamos para confeccionar un Customize Me! es de aproximadamente 3 semanas desde el momento en que valides el boceto.

What materials do you use for your dolls?

What should I do to order my custom doll?
It's simple. Just follow these steps.
1. Write to hola@eloole.com and attached photos of the person you want to make doll.
It is important that the photo shows but her face, her hair color and hairstyle. If you want to dress the doll in a specific way will need to send us photos of garments or to describe them in detail: material, color, shape and style. If you're not clear how you want to dress the doll send us details of hobbies and hobbies of the person and we will make a custom design for your doll. 2. A few days after sending all the information you will receive the final budget that can formalize our bank account by entering the total amount of your order
